1) On confirmation of the tour, a non-refundable deposit
will be required within 48 hours. This deposit amount will
be stated on your personalized itinerary quote. Remember
your
quote is only valid for 30 Days from date on
quote. On receipt of this money, it immediately and automatically
binds both parties to a contract to fulfill their obligations
for this tour. 2) Balance of deposit to be received by date, stated on
your personalized quote. Failure to do so will automatically
cancel the tour and deposit forfeited. Changes you request
to itinerary, after deposit has been received will be billed
to you accordingly. Any major changes to dates will also
be for your account, if any expenses are incurred by the
changes. Cancellation must be in writing. Please note cancellation
details on your personalized quote.
3) We will make every effort to provide the tour as per
itinerary, but we reserve the right to make changes where
we deem it necessary for any reason whatsoever.
4) Refunds and Unused Services - No refunds will be made
for no-shows and unused services, what so ever
5) We do not accept any responsibility for negligence, by
our agents, or ourselves but will do our best to maintain
our very high standards.
6) 24-hour medical emergency help can be facilitated/arranged
if required. We do not accept responsibility of administration
of medication, injections or medical procedures. If you wish
our staff to help with this, it will be done at your own
risk.
7) Please make sure that you have a valid passport, which
is valid for at least 6 months beyond time of visit, plus
the relevant visas where required. This is your responsibility.
8) These booking conditions are governed by terms of Kenyan
law to which both parties will submit.
9) Fully accessible accommodation is not readily available
throughout Kenyan and we will endeavor to make it as acceptable
as possible and will give you details of each accommodation
venues facilities where possible. We accept no responsibility
for compensation after the tour has been confirmed or taken,
as accepting the quote, confirms your acceptance of the facilities
available.
10) At certain attractions and accommodation venues there
will be obstacles to negotiate, such as a few steps, but
we will try to keep those to a minimum or provide portable
ramps where we deem it necessary.
11) If you should require a personal carer, please provide
and do the arrangements for yourself. This works out best,
as they will speak your language and know your customs.
12) If you wish to take any adventures, please make sure
that you are medically fit to do these, or have the relevant
certification necessary, with you. We only facilitate adventures,
indemnities with the relevant companies that run these adventures,
will be signed. We accept no responsibility for any injury,
death or loss, price increases etc; whatsoever. Please be
totally realistic about your ability when wanting to take
these adventures. Many of us would like to do many things
but not all are possible.
13) Please for your own safety, make sure your carer is
known to you and is registered as a carer with an Association
for the Disabled in your country. We accept no responsibility
for care or lack of it, given by your carer during your tour.
Our guides will not double as carers at any time, whatsoever.
