Booking Conditions - Tours in East Africa
Award Tours & Safaris Ltd, believe that Booking Conditions should be easy to read and understand, in plain and simple language, in order for there to be no confusion as to both parties obligations.

Please read carefully and contact us if you are not certain of anything.

Listed are the agreements, which both parties will have entered into once the holiday is confirmed.

The conditions listed are intended to be fair to both parties, giving certain rights and obligations to each party.

Please fill in the Booking Questionnaire correctly and accurately. In our opinion, if information is withheld or misleading answers are given, Award Tours & Safaris Ltd will be totally absolved from any complaint for compensation for whatever cause whilst on our Tours. Therefore also please read your itinerary carefully, as booking the tour means you accept everything in the itinerary as it stands.

All problems must be discussed immediately at the time they arise with Tour Leader/Guide; if this is not done then complaining at a later stage will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Not all accommodation in Kenya is as accessible, as found in other countries. By accepting the quote, you also accept this fact.
